Data and purposes

Registration data will be used to manage applications, assign participation modes and places, send confirmations, communicate operational changes and facilitate in-person or online access.

Photography, audio and video

Photographs and recordings may be made during the Summit for the event record, institutional communications and documentation. Specific permission will be requested on the registration platform.

Future communications

News, content and invitations to future editions are optional and require separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time through the contact email.
