General
When and where is the Summit?
October 1–2, 2026. CANIETI, Culiacán 71, Hipódromo de la Condesa, Ciudad de México. Starts October 1, 08:30 · Mexico City time.
Is the event free?
Yes. The event is free, with approved advance registration. Applying does not guarantee an in-person place.
Who is the Summit for?
For people of all generations interested in longevity, economics and social change. It brings together older adults, businesses, institutions, academia and entrepreneurs.
Will there be a record of the Summit?
Yes. A record of the full Summit and documents arising from the discussions will be produced. Access details will be announced through official channels.
Will certificates, interpretation or subtitles be available?
These services have not yet been confirmed. Information will be published when available.
How can I contact the organisers?
Online participation
Where will it be streamed?
The Summit will be streamed on YouTube. The link will be sent to the email used for registration.
When will I receive the link?
A notice will be sent 24 hours before each day, with a reminder 1 hour before the start.
What if I do not receive the email?
Check your spam folder and the email address used to register. If you cannot find the link, contact buzon@entrecanos.org.
Will the film Abuelos be streamed?
No. Abuelos, nunca es tarde para emprender will be screened exclusively for in-person attendees and will not be streamed.
What do I need to join online?
A device that can access YouTube and a stable internet connection. All programme times are in Mexico City time.
In-person participation
How is my place confirmed?
Capacity is limited to 100 people. The organisers will review applications and email confirmation and access instructions.
How does the waiting list work?
If a place becomes available, you will be notified 3 days before the event. You must confirm attendance within 24 hours of notification.
Is there step-free access to the venue?
The auditorium is on the first floor and is reached by stairs. There is no lift or ramp, which may create access barriers for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. Online participation is available. Please contact the organisers to discuss your needs.
Is parking available?
There is no on-site parking. Metered street parking and public car parks are available nearby. Parking is not included and must be paid for by each attendee.
Are meals included?
No. Each attendee is responsible for their own meals. The programme includes a lunch break.
